Raspberry Chia with Vanilla Yoghurt & Fresh Raspberries
Bright, tangy and perfectly balanced, this raspberry chia is one of those flavours that feels fresh but still comforting. Layered with smooth vanilla yoghurt and finished with fresh raspberries, it’s simple, beautiful, and very on-brand.

Prep time: 5 minutes (+ chill time)
Ingredients
Chia pudding

6 tbsp Good Puddings Raspberry Chia Mix

1⅓ cups milk of choice (almond, oat or dairy all work well)
To layer
-
Vanilla yoghurt or coconut yoghurt

Fresh raspberries
-
Optional: raspberry compote or lightly crushed raspberries
Method

Make the chia pudding
Add the Raspberry Chia Mix and milk to a bowl or jar. Stir well, wait 2 minutes, then stir again. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thick and creamy. -
Layer it up
Spoon raspberry chia into small glasses or jars. Add a thick layer of yoghurt, then scatter over fresh raspberries or a spoonful of crushed berries. -
Finish & serve
Repeat layers if desired and finish with a few whole raspberries on top. -
Serve
Best served chilled straight from the fridge.
