Blackcurrant Chia, Yoghurt & Crunchy Granola Parfaits
This oneβs a classic for a reason. Rich, berry-packed blackcurrant chia pudding layered with creamy yoghurt and crunchy granola β perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a fuss-free dessert that still looks a bit fancy π

Ingredients

6 tbsp Good Puddings Blackcurrant Chia Mix

1β cups milk of choice (dairy or plant-based both work well)

Natural or vanilla yoghurt

Crunchy granola of choice

Extra blackcurrant compote or berry syrup (optional, for extra layers)
Method

Make the chia pudding
Add the Blackcurrant Chia Mix and milk to a bowl or jar. Stir well, wait 2 minutes, then stir again. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thick and creamy. -
Start layering
Spoon a layer of blackcurrant chia pudding into glasses or jars. Add a generous dollop of yoghurt, then a sprinkle of crunchy granola. -
Build it up
Repeat the layers until the glasses are full. If using, drizzle a little extra blackcurrant compote or berry syrup between layers for added colour and flavour. -
Finish & serve
Top with yoghurt and a final sprinkle of granola just before serving to keep it nice and crunchy.
