Serves: 2–3

Ingredients

Chia pudding

  • 6 tbsp Good Puddings Apple Crumble Chia Mix

  • 1β…“ cups milk of choice (oat or dairy work especially well here)

Stewed apples

  • 2 apples, peeled and diced

  • 1–2 tbsp water

  • Β½ tsp cinnamon

  • Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup or brown sugar

To layer

  • Crunchy granola

  • Caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Method

  1. Make the chia pudding
Add the Apple Crumble Chia Mix and milk to a bowl or jar. Stir well, wait 2 minutes, then stir again. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thick and creamy.

  2. Stew the apples
Add the diced apples, water, and cinnamon to a small saucepan. Cook gently over medium heat for 5–8 minutes until soft and jammy. Stir through sweetener if using, then set aside to cool.

  3. Layer it up
Spoon chia pudding into jars or glasses. Add a layer of stewed apples, a drizzle of caramel sauce, and a sprinkle of granola.

  4. Repeat & finish
Repeat the layers until full, finishing with extra granola and a final drizzle of caramel just before serving.
