Apple Crumble Chia with Stewed Apples, Caramel & Crunchy Granola
This oneβs basically dessert-for-breakfast energy. All the cosy apple crumble vibes, but layered into a creamy chia pudding you can prep ahead and keep in the fridge πβ¨

Ingredients
Chia pudding

6 tbsp Good Puddings Apple Crumble Chia Mix
-
1β cups milk of choice (oat or dairy work especially well here)
Stewed apples

2 apples, peeled and diced
-
1β2 tbsp water
-
Β½ tsp cinnamon
-
Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup or brown sugar
To layer
-
Crunchy granola
-
Caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Method

Make the chia pudding
Add the Apple Crumble Chia Mix and milk to a bowl or jar. Stir well, wait 2 minutes, then stir again. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thick and creamy. -
Stew the apples
Add the diced apples, water, and cinnamon to a small saucepan. Cook gently over medium heat for 5β8 minutes until soft and jammy. Stir through sweetener if using, then set aside to cool. -
Layer it up
Spoon chia pudding into jars or glasses. Add a layer of stewed apples, a drizzle of caramel sauce, and a sprinkle of granola. -
Repeat & finish
Repeat the layers until full, finishing with extra granola and a final drizzle of caramel just before serving.
Serving tips
